Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with our product!
Please return any item within 30 days from the receipt date. We will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. "Don't throw out your packing slip - it's your receipt!" For exchange, there are no additional shipping charges unless you are purchasing an outfit of greater value. Shipping and handling for returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please allow 3 weeks for processing.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund or a merchandise exchange.
A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
To return any Tiki purchase:
- Make a copy of your receipt to retain for your own records.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on your receipt. Please tell us the reason why, as this will help us serve you better in the future.
- For Exchanges: Let us know what you would like to exchange the item(s) for by mentioning the wanted item’s complete product description. We will pay the costs for Shipping and Handling to ship the wanted item to you for items of equal value. You are responsible for the Shipping & Handling costs involved with the exchange of items of greater value.
For Refunds: Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate so in writing.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the receipt along with any exchange or refund instructions. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
